Ruby Sanctum downed Well, it's the summer time and WoW has hit it's yearly standstill.
People are off enjoying the sun and hanging out with the family they don't see the rest of the year.

So I thought Id post a slight bit of news (if somewhat late).

After the latest patch going live, a new Raid instance has been introduced; Ruby Sanctum 10/25.
After some trouble logging in to the game we went on our merry way to visit the new instance.

Needless to say, we downed Halion 10 man.



And not only that, we were actually no. 8 in the world to down him (and no. 1 in Europe)!



Not too shabby for a "casual" 10 man strict guild Ragz Saturday 10th of July 2010 01:29:05 AM 2 835 7 A royal beating .. Hardmode style After (too) many tries on the Princes we finally got em.
Turns out that with 2 pet classes its a walk in park. Well, we live and we learn.

The Blood Queen was killed in the 3rd try. Mostly due to ppl going;"Ohh.. wut dat doo?!?.. <splat>" So after a recap of what she has to offer, we nailed the queen to the wall.



That makes it 8/12 Hardmodes down. Ragz Thursday 13th of May 2010 10:45:53 PM 1 796 7 Storming The Citadel.. again With the Lich King dead and done it was time to begin the Hardmodes.
First night went good.. true Amicity style.. few were prepared and fewer still had any idea what was differernt in the fights

But, as the saying goes; "Try Again. Fail again. Fail better"
And after the night was over we have downed the first 3 bosses.

Wednesday it was time for another (fresh) visit to the Citadel, and this time we had the Saurfang fight down.



Got him in the 2nd try, and off we charged to visit the twisted twins.
Rotface was 1 shotted and Festergut went down shortly after.

The Lich King was a good fight, and it did take some tries, but as we learned the phases we got further and further with sure strides. Last Wednesday (24/03-2010) was a dire day to be king indeed, as we set out with one purpose in mind. To become King slayers, one and all, and so it came to be.

The Lich King went down after some close calls and there was much rejoicing. Fights like the Lich King fight are few and far between, and success does taste so much sweeter upon completion I must admit





Next awaits the Hard Modes in in Icecrown Citadel... BRING IT ON, is all I can say Ragz Monday 29th of March 2010 11:42:01 PM 6 749 7 The Frosty hall As I personally couldnt join the previous raid, I wasnt there for the "first" kill on Sindragosa. But yesterday it was time for a fresh run again, and we cleared the other 2 wings and went head to head with Sindragosa again.
This time we were well prepared and knew the fight, which resulted in Amiciti one shotting the boss
